Accessibility Statement for Frozen Light LTD

Introduction

At Frozen Light, we are committed to and act toward promoting accessibility to enable people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on our website, and via our telephone service centers.

Approximately one-quarter of the population in Israel faces internet accessibility difficulties: the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, people with motor disabilities, senior citizens, and more.

To provide optimal, professional, and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website. We have implemented accessibility rules as much as possible in accordance with the principles of the Israeli Accessibility Standard, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013 (Part C: Internet Services).

  • The site is adapted to the requirements of Accessibility Standard IS 5568 Level AA based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

  • Website accessibility is optimized for leading browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above.

Website Accessibility Information

We have invested significant resources to ensure that our website is easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, based on the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

We provide an advanced accessibility component by UserWay Website Accessibility, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. This software allows the site to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

The UserWay accessibility menu can be activated by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. The accessibility menu and the technology activated on the site allow for many options, such as:

  1. Adapting the site and site tags for assistive devices and technologies for people with disabilities.

  2. Enabling navigation using keyboard keys between links on the site.

  3. A button to disable flickering and/or moving elements on the screen.

  4. Contrast change buttons: light contrast, dark contrast, and inverted colors.

  5. A “Highlight Links” button that clearly marks all links appearing on the site.

  6. Changing the font size on the site to enlarge or decrease text.

  7. A text spacing button allowing for 3 sizes of text spacing.

  8. An option to hide images on the site.

  9. A button that displays the alternative description (Alt Text) of all images on the site upon mouse hover.

  10. Dyslexia support—changing the font for people with dyslexia to allow comfortable reading of site content.

  11. A button to enlarge the mouse cursor.

  12. A “Reading Mask” button to focus on core content on the page.

  13. A “Reading Guide” button that adds a reading line under the cursor for comfortable reading.

  14. Text alignment—the option to align text to the right, left, or center.

  15. Line height button—allows changing the spacing between lines of text.

  16. Additionally, there are accessibility profiles that allow adjustment according to specific needs, including: Motor Disability, Blindness, Color Blindness, Dyslexia, Visual Impairment, Cognitive & Learning, Epilepsy, and ADHD.

The accessibility add-on supports screen-reading software such as JAWS, NVDA, and more.
